Terms of use
Last updated: October 22, 2026
These terms apply to your use of brandschema.co and the free Brand Schema score. By using the website or requesting a score, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Brand Schema is operated by Shenton Media LLC ("we", "us").
2. The free score
The Brand Schema score is a free assessment of how visible a brand is across search, AI assistants, social media, video and marketplaces compared with its competitors.
Scores are based on publicly available information at the time of analysis and include estimates. They are for general information only. We aim for accuracy, but we do not guarantee that a score is complete or error-free, or that acting on it will produce any particular result.
3. Using the website
You agree to give accurate information when you request a score, and not to:
- Use the website or scores for anything unlawful or misleading
- Copy, scrape or resell our website content, scores or methodology
- Attempt to interfere with, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website
- Submit information about someone else without the right to do so
4. Paid services
If you engage us for paid work, such as fixing the gaps your score identifies, that work is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.
5. Intellectual property
The website, the Brand Schema name and logo, our scoring method and our reports belong to us. You may use your own score and report for your internal business purposes, including sharing them within your organisation.
6. Third-party platforms and trademarks
Our scores refer to platforms such as Google, ChatGPT, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit and Amazon. Their names and trademarks belong to their owners. Brand Schema is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
7. Disclaimer
The website and free score are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
8. Changes and access
We may change these terms, the website or the free score at any time, and may stop offering the free score. We may restrict access for anyone who breaks these terms. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new date.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and disputes will be handled by the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
